Who is Who ?
- We, 12Booker B.V. a private company with limited liability founded in 2023 and registered in the Trade Register in NL-Amsterdam under nummer 87193140. Hereinafter, 12Booker. We have a website with connected technology to show you our ideas of making reservations or our thoughts about travel and leisure topics. Hereinafter “Free-Services”.
- You, a visitor or user in the broadest sense of the word that is visiting or using our web-based technology. You are a human being with respect to our services and act accordingly.
What can you expect from us ?
- All what we do is in good conscience, we are not paid by third parties to actively promote anything!
- All suggestions we will make are “as is & as available ” and based on good faith and our previous experiences.
- The Free-Services is partly available or accessed in connection with third party services and content what we not control. However we will seriously screen our third parties you acknowledge that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to your use of such third party services and content.
- All bookings, reservations, quotations etc. never are made between you and 12Booker. 12Booker itself does not offer any (Third Party) Services -beside her technical platform-. All Third Party Service Providers are independent third party contractors, registered companies or other legal entities not affiliated with 12Booker.
- 12Booker shall not be liable for direct/indirect, incidental, exemplary, special punitive or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, personal injury or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the Free-Services.
- In the unlikely event, and despite our due care, of any negligent action our responsibility is limited to the coverage of our business liability insurance with a maximum of € 2.500.000,-
Legal Notice:
A. The use of the Free-Services and these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. The Dutch law is applicable to all actions, disputes including claims and the -single-use of our Free-Services that/thus 12Booker involve as a party. All disputes which may arise shall or must be settled by the competent Dutch court. All other jurisdictions and/or laws and regulations are expressly, unmistakably and absolutely excluded or rejected.
B. All texts and thus also these Terms & Conditions are drawn up in English, all other languages are output or result of -automated- translations. In case of any dispute regarding the content and their meaning the English language version shall prevail. Please set the page(s) for this the language/translation option into English.
C. All trademarks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners. All company, product and service names used in this website are for identification purposes only. Use of these names,trademarks and brands does not imply endorsement.
